Orders are processed as soon as payment clears and typically ship within 0-1 business days. (As per our Shipping policy)
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes—contact us ASAP via WhatsApp or email. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel or update it then. Once dispatched, you’ll need to follow our Returns policy.

See our Refund Policy page. Generally, damaged items reported are fully refunded or replaced. Non-damaged items returned within 30 days may qualify for a refund.
7. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes—exchanges are available. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
8. How long until I receive my refund?
We process refunds within 10 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; credit card refunds may take a maximum of 10 business days depending on your bank but never exceed over 10 business days.
