CL-ear Express Ear Drops offer a swift and effective solution for managing earwax buildup. This dual action formula combines glycerol which gentle softens earwax with urea hydrogen peroxide that release oxygen to break up hardened deposits, facilitating easy removal. Regular use can help prevent the accumulation of hardened earwax, reducing the need for syringing. To use title your head and administer 3 to 6 drops into the affected ear keeping your head titled for a few minutes to allow the drops to penetrate. Gently massage around the outside of the ear and after a few minutes rinse with lukewarm water to remove residual earwax. Repeat once or twice daily for up to six days if necessary.
